Bespoke Granite & Quartz Worktops
Beaconsfield Granite and Quartz Worktop Fitting Service
Only 45 Miles From Our Showroom
Passion for Granite is run out of a workshop in Biggleswade, and Beaconsfield sees us on a regular basis for granite and quartz worktop projects. We keep the whole process in house, from templating your kitchen or bathroom, through fabrication, to the final fit. That means one point of contact throughout rather than several different companies handling different stages. Our customers in Beaconsfield include homeowners, small businesses, property developers and trade contractors, and we treat each job on its own terms. Builders and project managers working on Beaconsfield developments know they can rely on us to turn jobs around without chasing us for updates.

Granite and Quartz Worktops for Beaconsfield Projects, Big and Small
Beaconsfield has a good spread of family homes, newer developments and the odd larger property, and we fit granite and quartz into all of them. Granite is popular with anyone wanting genuine natural stone character, particularly in older or more traditional kitchens. Quartz suits modern, open plan spaces where a consistent finish across a long worktop run matters more than natural variation. We quote both for every Beaconsfield project, so you can weigh up the practical differences and the look before making a decision either way. Rental properties across Beaconsfield often go for quartz purely for the lower maintenance, since tenants aren’t always going to reseal granite on schedule.

The Passion for Granite Guarantee
A yearly reseal keeps granite protected against everyday staining, and it's not a difficult job once it's part of your routine. Quartz requires none of that, staying clean with just warm soapy water. In commercial kitchens or particularly busy households, that lower maintenance often tips the decision toward quartz, though granite remains a popular choice for anyone who values the natural variation in the stone. Heat resistance is good on both, though direct contact with very hot pans should still be avoided.
- staircase and hallway surfaces in matching stone for a consistent look through larger properties.
- hob and sink cut outs measured against your actual appliances rather than a generic template, so everything sits flush.
- bathroom shower shelves and ledges in solid stone, sealed properly so there is no risk of water damage over time.

If you can send us your kitchen layout, whether that’s formal drawings or just a sketch with measurements, we’ll turn it into a proper quote covering everything from supply to fitting. We agree lead times up front so there’s no vague waiting around. You’re also very welcome to visit our Biggleswade workshop and look at slabs in person before making a final choice, it often makes the decision easier. We can also arrange templating outside normal hours if that fits your schedule better.
